At Horze, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equestrian gear and apparel. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Horze account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that horse rugs are clean and free of debris, and include the completed return form inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the return label to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
