The profile of the beris KONNEX bar is slimmer, it positions itself very comfortably in the horses mouth, offers more space and the arch of the beris KONNEX bar is significantly wider. Suitable for horses with limited space in the mouth, e.g. in thoroughbred or sporty ponies. At only 15 mm thick, the thin Konnex bar is just right for pony lips as is the likewise proportionally slimmed down port.
The Konnex thin bar is also recommended as a dressage bit for horses and ponies who cannot take a thicker bit in a double bridle with a bridoon.
